I have always wanted to travel and see the world but I have a pocketbook more geared toward “going up north” for the weekend. The urge didn’t leave and creativity took over. I think it was something like necessity is the mother of invention. Many of the suggestions here I have personally tried. Some are tried by trusted contributors to this site. Things in travel can change regularly based on current circumstances so always verify your plans before leaving home. If you don’t understand something here or a link doesn’t work, stop by the blog. This stuff isn’t rocket science but it is confusing at times. I hope to encourage many people to see the world or even just the USA for free.
